Ec = Σ(Nf × Wf × H) / 1000
Ep = Σ(Nf × Wf × H × POT) / 1000
AES = Ec − Ep
DR = (AES / H) × 12 × CF
ACS = AES × RE + DR × RD
IC = Sensors + Labor − Incentives
PBP = IC / ACS
POT = % of time area is occupied (0–100%).
Unoccupied time = 1 − POT to lights off during that period.
CF = coincidence factor (default 0.77).
